Welcome to our website. Our community was founded in 1998 and is a 142 home planned unit development. We are located about 25 miles Northeast of Charlotte in the Southern part of Concord. Our children attend the following public schools:
Rocky River Elementary,
C. C. Griffin Middle School, and
Central Cabarrus High School. Our community is working together to help keep each other safe by participating in a Neighborhood Watch Program. Our community is also maintained by a Homeowners' Association. Please read CCR and RPP for more information on what the rules and regulations of the neighborhood are.
